The Security Service of Ukraine is launching large-scale exercises to counter subversive and terrorist threats in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

This was reported on the social network Facebook by 2 departments of the State Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (Mariupol).

“On August 13, the SBU begins large-scale multi-stage planned exercises to combat subversive and terrorist threats in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions,” the statement said.

In particular, the trainings will take place during the month in conditions as close as possible to the real ones, with the use of firearms and armored vehicles.

In this regard, the SBU urges residents of the region to understand possible inconveniences, remain calm and follow the rules of personal safety.
