The $860 million plant is expected to produce 815 million cubic meters of commercial natural gas and 119,000 tonnes of liquefied gas.

The rate corridor was kept at plus or minus 1.0 percentage point. The rate on access operations to provide liquidity is set at 10 percent.

The vast country, with its relatively small population, attracts about 60 percent of all capital invested in the five former Soviet Central Asian states.
