On March 28, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held his first working meeting with the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat, the state information agency TDH reports . 

As in the case of reports to ex-president Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov , the mayor of the capital, Rakhym Gandimov, reported on keeping the city clean and planting trees. And Serdar, like his father, instructed to speed up the pace of construction in the city.

He also ordered that the khyakims of the capital’s etraps control the tasks for the development of the city. Which ones, TDH does not specify. In addition, the Hyakim of Ashgabat was instructed to modernise roads and improve the quality and culture of servicing the population in retail outlets .

Then the heads of the regions reported on agricultural work, construction of facilities, planting seedlings and production of silkworm cocoons. The President instructed to keep all these issues under control.
