On the night of December 22-23, in the village of Kok-Tash, Batken region, near the Kyrgyz-Tajik border, unknown persons fired shots from a hunting rifle. “Azattyk” writes about this with reference to the akim of Batken region Uchkunbek Zhorobayev.
