On September 15, the head of state, Alexander Lukashenko, signed decree No. 348, which approved the State Program for Innovative Development of Belarus for 2021-2025. BelTA learned this from the presidential press service .
It was formed taking into account the experience of implementing a similar state program in 2016-2020. As a result of its implementation, 74 new production facilities were put into operation, the volume of innovative products was about Br6 billion, the share of innovatively active industrial organizations was more than 26%, the export volume of science-intensive and high-tech products was $ 14.2 billion.
When implementing the new state program, organizations of all forms of ownership will carry out innovative projects to create new industries that correspond to the priority areas of scientific, scientific, technical and innovative activities for 2021-2025. This will allow us to successfully develop our own scientific and technological potential, promote domestic technologies to the world market and use advanced foreign technologies.
The list of projects of the program for the creation of new industries is approved by the Council of Ministers and will be supplemented annually. These projects are recognized as investment projects, state support for their implementation is provided through tax and customs incentives.
