The Supreme Court, at the request of the Prosecutor General, recognized the extremist formation NEXTA with its structural subdivisions NEXTA Live and LUXTA as a terrorist organization, BelTA informs citing the Prosecutor General’s Office.
It has been established that since mid-2020, this organization has been carrying out work related to the propaganda of extremist, including terrorist activities, the search for and association of radical citizens to commit illegal acts, training in technologies for the manufacture of explosives, improvised explosive incendiary devices, weapons, means of individual and group protection, as well as tactics of resisting law enforcement officers.
“As a result, acts of terrorism and other extremist crimes were committed on the territory of the country, mass riots took place,” the supervisory authority noted.
