Tajik servicemen attacked and beat an employee of the border service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic at the border. This was reported to the editors of Kaktus.media in the service itself.
As specified, on March 19, while serving in the area of Sada, Leilek district, Batken region, a serviceman of the Leilek border detachment discovered an unknown car near the border line. Trying to detain the car, a serviceman of the PS of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic moved to the site where the border guards of Tajikistan were serving.
“Tajik border guards detained a Kyrgyz serviceman. Negotiations were held immediately between border representatives on the Leilek and Ganchi sections, as a result of which the serviceman of the Kyrgyz Republic was handed over to the Kyrgyz side,” the State Border Service explained.
“When examining the serviceman, it turned out that his head was broken, there were abrasions, and his uniform was covered in blood.”
