Gas from Azerbaijan will be delivered to Romania via the Bulgaria-Greece gas pipeline interconnector, which is expected to be completed next summer.

Oil production in June declined from 718,000 bpd produced in October 2018, when members of OPEC+ agreed to reduce oil production gradually.

The quantity of oil shipped through Azerbaijan, Georgia and on to Turkey and further into the Mediterranean market declined to 1.7 million tonnes in January to June this year.

The company said in April it would invest $200 million in the construction of a solar power plant with a capacity of 230 megawatts.
