This was stated by First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksiy Lyubchenko during an online meeting with UAE State Minister of Foreign Trade Tanya bin Ahmed Al Zeyudia, Ukrinform reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
“Ukraine is interested in attracting foreign investment. So far, a number of legislative initiatives have been taken to improve the investment climate. In particular, laws on state support of projects involving large foreign investments over 20 million euros, the introduction of industrial parks, public-private partnership. We have a wide range of areas that may be of interest to business. And when we talk about investments, we mean not only funds, but also innovations, technologies and human capital, “Oleksiy Lyubchenko said during the meeting.
In general, the Ukrainian side considers the IT sector, agriculture, industry, energy and energy efficiency, as well as the continuation of cooperation in the fields of tourism and space to be the most promising areas for bilateral cooperation.
