On Monday, December 6, 2021, from 09:00 to 16:00 (Kyiv time), the Ukrenergo Dispatch Center, at the request of the Polish transmission system operator Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne (PSE), provided emergency assistance to the Polish power grid from the United Power System (UES) of Ukraine. The total amount of emergency assistance was 945 MWh (135 MW on a regular schedule for seven consecutive hours) “, – said in a statement.
It is noted that in order to provide assistance, Unit №7 of Dobrotvirska TPP was re-registered on the 220 kV OHL “Dobrotvirska TPP – Zamost”.
Ukrenergo reminded that the provision of emergency assistance to PSE took place within the framework of the agreement signed on August 5, 2019 with Ukrenergo. Emergency aid is not a commercial import.
