Inflation in Ukraine climbed to 9.5 percent year-on-year in June, the State Statistics Service said, following a trend of quickening price rises in recent months.

Consumer prices rose 0.2 percent month-on-month. In January-June 2021, consumer inflation was 8.3 percent year-on-year.

The central bank has forecast annual inflation in 2021 of  7 percent.
