The production of natural gas in Uzbekistan in January-June 2021 increased by 4.7% compared to the same period in 2020. This is evidenced by the data of the State Statistics Committee of the country, TURAN reported.

According to the State Statistics Committee, gas production reached 26.308 billion cubic meters.

During the reporting period, oil production decreased by 2.2% – to 350 thousand tons. Production of gas condensate in Uzbekistan in the first half of the year increased by 0.1% and reached 672.3 thousand tons.
