The agreement was signed by DABS Chief Executive Officer Hafiz Mohammad Amin and the head of the National Electricity Grids of Uzbekistan Dadajon Isakulov.
The signing of the agreement was preceded by two days of negotiations. Based on their results, Uzbekistan agrees to supply the Afghan side with 2 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity for $ 100 million.
At the same time, the issue of building power lines between Surkhan and Puli-Khumri was discussed. The very agreement on their construction was signed last year.
