President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Oleksiy Kuleba head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration.
This was reported on the website of the President of Ukraine.
The President has already met with him and handed him his ID card.
“Vladimir Zelensky congratulated Oleksiy Kuleba on his appointment and expressed hope that his knowledge and experience will contribute to the dynamic development of the region and the disclosure of its potential,” the statement said.
Oleksiy Kuleba is a native of Kyiv. In 2005 he graduated from Kyiv National Economic University. In 2005-2008 he was a graduate student of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
He has a PhD in public administration. He taught law at the National Pedagogical University named after MP Drahomanov. Kuleba was also an adviser to the general director of the capital’s Pleso Municipal Enterprise.
